Clearpath Orthodontics

This case report details clear aligner treatment for a 20-year-old woman with Class II Division I malocclusion, characterized by a convex facial profile, incompetent lips, increased overjet (5 mm), and mild crowding in both arches. A customized non-extraction plan was developed with 28 upper and 24 lower stages, incorporating interproximal reduction and arch expansion. Each aligner was worn 22 hours daily and changed every 10 days. By the end of 10 months, upper anterior proclination and crowding were corrected, lip competence was restored, and proper overjet and overbite were achieved. Periodontal health remained stable throughout, and final results showed enhanced smile esthetics with well-centered arch alignment.
