This case report highlights the clear aligner treatment of a 22-year-old female presenting with midline diastema and mild crowding. A customized plan was executed with 18 upper and 20 lower stages, worn 22 hours per day and changed every 10 days. Treatment followed a non-extraction approach incorporating interproximal enamel reduction and arch expansion. The patient demonstrated good compliance, and at 7 months, adequate alignment, ideal overjet and overbite, closure of the diastema, centered dental midlines, and stable periodontal health were achieved.
