Responsibilities:
- Improve lead conversion rate. (leads from social media pages, Website, Whatsapp, and BTL activities).
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Manage inbound & outbound calls.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous call center experience, strong customer service experience.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree.
