Clearpath Orthodontics

This case features a 17-year-old female with anterior crossbite, crowding, and Class III dental relationship. A non-extraction plan was created with 22 upper and 22 lower stages, combining arch expansion and interproximal reduction. Each aligner was worn 22 hours per day and changed every 10 days. By month eight, both crowding and anterior crossbite were successfully resolved, resulting in ideal overjet, overbite, and proper alignment of both arches. Periodontal health remained stable throughout, with no signs of recession or pocketing, confirming clear aligners as an effective esthetic approach for anterior crossbite correction in suitable cases.
