Responsibilities:
- Record-Keeping & Documentation: Maintain daily logs of field reports and sales data.
- Communication & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Head Office and field staff; manage emails, calls, and official correspondence; relay critical updates, policy changes, and action items.
- Follow-Up & Compliance: Proactively follow up with doctors on pending agreements; escalate unresolved issues to the Regional Head; ensure documentation aligns with company compliance standards.
- Operational Support: Compile daily/weekly performance dashboards; keep the sales app updated with the latest data.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Experience: 1–2+ years in a coordination/admin/sales-ops role.
- Technical: Advanced MS Excel, ERP experience, strong email/calendar management.
