We are expanding our international partnerships team in the clear aligner space and looking for someone who can help us connect with orthodontists, dental labs, DSOs, and aligner companies globally.
You will be the first point of contact for international partners and play a key role in expanding our global aligner manufacturing network.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and connecting with orthodontists, labs, and aligner brands globally
- Reaching out via LinkedIn in a structured and professional way
- Building real conversations (not spam messaging)
- Qualifying potential business opportunities
- Coordinating meetings with international partners
- Maintaining follow-ups and CRM updates
- Researching new markets and potential collaborations
Requirements:
- Writes and communicates in clear, professional English
- Understands how LinkedIn B2B outreach works
- Is consistent with follow-ups (this is critical)
- Can research and understand international business profiles
- Confident speaking with healthcare professionals
Preferred background (any of these works)
- BDS / Dental background
- Business development / international sales experience
- Recruitment or headhunting (LinkedIn experience is very valuable)
- Healthcare or medical industry exposure
- SaaS / agency lead generation experience
