Treatment Planning Setup & Stepping Operator

Responsibilities:

• Perform digital Setup and Stepping for B2B and D2C aligner cases as per standard protocols
• Work on 3D scans, tooth movement planning and staging
• Identify and correct pattern errors and subtle visual discrepancies in 3D models
• Maintain case quality, accuracy, and turnaround time
• Coordinate with Quality and Clinical teams

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline)/ Dental Technologist – Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good analytical and logical thinking ability
• Ability to recognize patterns and subtle visual differences
• Good computer literacy and confidence working with digital tools (Exocad, 3Shape, Blender, Meshmixer, AutoCAD or similar)
• Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts (Morning / Evening / Night) and Rotational Offs – Mandatory
