Orthodontists

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage complex orthodontic cases and develop comprehensive treatment plans, with a primary focus on Clear Aligner Therapy.
• Oversee all aspects of clear aligner treatment – from digital case assessment, treatment setup approvals to monitoring patient progress and final outcome.
• Utilize and manage digital orthodontic workflows including intraoral scanning, digital photography, and treatment planning software.
• Provide expert clinical consultations and ensure high standards of clinical judgment, patient safety, and ethical practice.
• Communicate treatment plans effectively to patients and provide training and guidance to general dentists and junior team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with quality and clinical protocols.

Requirements:

• Recognized postgraduate specialist qualification in Orthodontics — FCPS, MDS, MS, MOrth, DClinDent (Orthodontics), or equivalent
• Strong knowledge and experience in Clear Aligner Therapy is a must
• Excellent orthodontic diagnosis and treatment-planning skills
• Good understanding of digital orthodontic workflows
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Foreign-qualified Orthodontists will be preferred
