Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s overall financial strategy in line with business goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across departments
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability across a multi-brand structure
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and financial reporting standards
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, strengthening internal controls
• Drive process improvement and financial system automation across the organization
• Oversee ERP/financial systems management and reporting accuracy
• Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and operational efficiencies
• Prepare financial reports and present insights to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Qualification: CA / CA Finalist
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably across multiple organizations
• Hands-on experience with Odoo / Odoo implementation will be considered an added advantage
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
