Creative Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, and campaign creatives
• Develop creative assets for digital marketing, including ads, banners, landing pages, and website visuals
• Translate brand strategy and campaign ideas into engaging, on-brand visual concepts
• Work closely with marketing, content, and brand teams to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints by following brand guidelines and design systems
• Adapt and resize designs for multiple platforms and formats while maintaining design quality
• Contribute ideas during campaign planning and creative brainstorming sessions
• Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and platform-specific best practices
• Support other creative needs such as presentations, internal assets, and occasional print materials

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in creative design or digital product design
• A strong portfolio showcasing thinking, and execution across digital platforms
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Ability to translate requirements into clean, functional, and user-friendly designs
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams
