  • Improve lead conversion rate. (leads from social media pages, Website, WhatsApp, and BTL activities).
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Manage inbound & outbound calls.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
