We are looking for a Dental Technologist who’s excited to bring their clinical know-how into our Customer Support team as a Customer Service Representative. This target-driven role is central to our success, where you will be instrumental in generating sales, adeptly handling customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, disseminating vital product information, and fostering lasting client relationships. Your commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction will directly contribute to our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Improve lead conversion rate. (leads from social media pages, Website, WhatsApp, and BTL activities).
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Manage inbound & outbound calls.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Technology
