General Dentist as a Clinical Production Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assess cases on a routine basis with TLs and provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Provide comments and maintain clear communication with doctors regarding treatment plans.
• Address concerns and queries from the team/doctors on a regular basis.
• Conduct training and formulate lectures for operators.
• Formulate assessment tests for operators to validate competency.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of operators and track performance over time.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelors in Dental Surgery
• Advanced understanding of dentistry (diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical workflow).
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) for reporting, trackers, and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with clinicians and non-clinical teams.
