Responsibilities:
- Central Record Keeping: Establish and maintain comprehensive data logs and central records of all sales activities.
- Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics. Prepare professional data presentations and reports for leadership reviews.
- Field Force Management & Follow-ups: Conduct rigorous day-to-day coordination with the field team to track ongoing performance, regional updates, and operational bottlenecks.
- Accounts Receivable Tracking: Closely monitor shipped cases and actively follow up with the field force to ensure swift, structured payment collections.
Requirements:
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal presence.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data management tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar CRM tools).
- Presentation: Ability to synthesize complex sales figures into clean, concise PowerPoint presentations.
- Execution: Highly proactive with a proven track record in operational follow-ups and conflict resolution.
