UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design process for ClearPath Orthodontics’ digital platforms, including website, mobile apps, and other user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and quality across all user touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define user needs, and translate them into engaging and intuitive designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continually improve the user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of design solutions, ensuring they meet both user needs and technical requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our design practices at the forefront.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both user experience and visual design.
• Proven experience in managing design projects and leading a design team.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly designs.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with developers and product teams.
