This clinical case report presents the ClearPath aligner management of a 20-year-old female with Class II Division I malocclusion, upper incisor proclination and moderate maxillary crowding. Treatment followed a non-extraction protocol using 25 sequential stages, with interproximal reduction, attachments, and controlled arch expansion to guide movements. Each aligner was worn ~22 hours daily and changed every 10 days. After 10 months, dental crowding was resolved, overjet and overbite were normalized, lip posture improved, and both arches were well aligned with enhanced esthetics and stable occlusion. Periodontal health remained satisfactory throughout the entire treatment duration.
